We do not provide a money-back guarantee.
ARLYN only accepts returns and replacements if the product is unopened. Once opened, we cannot accept any returns. However if the product was damaged in transit, please contact support@arlyn.us with your order number and a photograph of the damaged product. Someone from Customer Service will get back to you regarding a replacement.
To initiate a RETURN, you will need your order number. It can be found in your confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase. Simply email or use the Contact Us form.
