Shipping Policy

ORDERING

All orders placed on arlyn.us are processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed during a holiday will be processed the next business day. Currently, ordering from arlyn.us is only available to customers in the U.S.

Please Note: Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed, so please review all billing and shipping information prior to placing your order. If there is an error, contact us at support@arlyn.us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.

SHIPPING

ARLYN offers free shipping on all orders within the US. We ship via USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx.

During holidays, we provide Standard Ground Shipping, which has an expected delivery time of 5-7 business days from the time the order is processed. We ship via USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx. Transit times vary based on the delivery location.

Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders upon checkout.

2-day Express Shipping is an additional $20 to be paid by the customer.

If your product was damaged in transit, please reach out to support@arlyn.us and provide your order # and a photograph of the damaged product. Someone from Customer Service will get back to you regarding a replacement.

International Shipping. We regret that ARLYN products can only be shipped to the 50 U.S. states at this time.

SHIPPING PROCESS

From the time your order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days to process your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process.

Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided; however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to receive updates on your order.
